Welcome to the official MyVodkaMaker Support Portal. This guide will help you get started, manage your account, and submit a support ticket.
Create an Account To access support and track your tickets, create an account:
1. Visit: https://support.myvodkamaker.com
2. Click Register.
3. Enter your name, email address, and a secure password, and follow the prompts.
4. You will receive a confirmation email — click the link to activate your account.
If you already contacted support before, it will warn that “Email is already registered“, you can then either select login, or select "Recover Forgotten Password " to set a new password on an existing account.
1. Log out (if still logged in)
2. Go to https://support.myvodkamaker.com, click login
3. Select Recover Forgotten Password, you will receive a recovery email, follow the link to change your password.
Need help? Here's how to submit a support request:
Step-by-Step
1. Login at https://support.myvodkamaker.com
2. Click Create a Ticket
3. Fill in the form:
◦ Subject – A short summary of your issue
◦ Description – Provide as much detail as possible (include order numbers, dates, etc.)
◦ Attachments – Upload photos, receipts, or screenshots if needed
4. Click Submit
5. In the dashboard you will now see ticket counters for “Waiting for You (0)”, “Waiting for Admin(0)”, “Open Tickets (0)”, “Closed Tickets (0)”
6. If you click on “Waiting for Admin” or “Open Tickets” you should see the ticket you just posted.
7. You will receive an email notice when we we respond. Then you can view the response.
8. If there is some kind of email failure(blocking/spam filters), please check back into the ticketing system after 24 hours to see if we responded.
